The Indianapolis Medical Society has NO medical records in their possession and can NOT obtain records for you.  Indiana physicians are required by an Indiana statute, to maintain patient records seven years after the date of your last visit and can charge a fee for access to this information.  If your physician is or was a member, we can try to help you locate them.
